Head for the hills and a Shakespearean experience beyond words – On March 20 and 21, revel in a decadent, three course Elizabethan Feast as you enjoy an intimate performance by acclaimed Australian thespian and
director John Bell, AO, OBE at The Loch in Berrima. Only in The NSW Southern Highlands will you experience Australia’s greatest artistic talent as never before, set on this picturesque equestrian estate.

Bell, who has been instrumental in shaping the Australian theatre industry as we know it, will share fascinating tales from his life in theatre and perform monologues from some of his most iconic roles, from Richard II to
Hamlet and The Tempest.

Menu highlights will include a Country Tasting Plate of farm fresh cold cuts, pickles, griddle cakes and raised pork pie, a venison haunch braised in claret with dumplings and venison sausage or Billingsgate style poached
salmon with cauldron saged vegetables. The final curtain will include apple fritters with cinnamon fool and ginger cream or plate of local small farm cheeses with farm grown fruit pastes.

Brigid combines the pick of her farm harvest with high quality produce sourced from surrounding small growers.
