05 Mar 2018, Posted by Galleries inCelebrate the abundant Summer Harvest with a seven-course degustation accompanied by the very best of award winning local wines from family-run vineyards. 2018 menu highlights included crisp skin Thirlmere duck on a summer minestrone broth with parmesan crisps and The Loch late summer lamb with orange scented beetroot and carrot julienne, mint emulsion and balsamic glaze.
This season we heard from winemaker Tony Cosgriff from Centennial Wines, Jonathan Holgate from Tertini, Katrina Hill from Far Ago Hill, David Young from Rotherwood and Dave Lorenz from Cherry Tree Hill.
In true paddock to plate style all produce comes from The Loch or local producers and serves to showcase the wide variety and high quality of food and wine that is coming out of the Southern Highlands.
